Mad Hatter Manufacturing is an industry-focused corporation specializing in ship and weapon manufacturing.
The Hatters operate under a code closely inspired by the Golden Age pirate articles, where the crew is not
merely there to follow orders, but has a voice in the direction, operation and success of the corporation.
Profits, projects and major decisions belong to the crew.

This means we're building something a little different. We don't believe in treating our members as hired
hands. We believe in building a crew where everyone contributes to the whole, and everyone shares in its
success.

WHAT WE DO
Our primary focus is industrial production, with the long-term goal of building as much of our operation
in house as possible. But not just any production. Our Main goal is ships, and there respective modules
and ammo as we progress.

We're particularly looking for:

- Miners - Gather the raw materials that keep the operation moving.
- Ship Builders/processors - Turn those materials into ships and equipment.
- Haulers - Move resources, components and finished products.
- Escorts - Protect our operations and keep our people and cargo moving safely.

We are currently operating exclusively in High Security space while we establish our industrial base.
As the corporation grows, our operations will expand. Our current HQ is close to Moon and lowsec mining
however.

We aren't interested in taking a percentage of your everyday earnings just because you're a member.
Instead, the corporation's wealth is built through collective operations and projects, where the crew
contributes toward something larger and shares in the resulting success and profits equally.
That means there is no expectation that you immediately hand over your mining haul simply because you
joined. We build together. We profit together.

THE HATTER WAY
The Hatters aren't looking for people who want to join a corporation, collect benefits and disappear.
We're looking for people who want to build one. New players are absolutely welcome. You don't need a
fleet of expensive ships or years of experience to join us. What we do require is dedication and a
willingness to think long-term. If you're still learning, don't worry about showing up empty-handed.
Where possible, the corporation can provide basic ships such as Venture mining vessels to help new
members get started and learn alongside the crew.

Your experience can come later.
Your commitment comes first.

Everyone has something to contribute. And everyone who stands with the Hatters has a stake in what
we build together.



REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN
* A willingness to build a elite production chain with a smaller group.
* Currently we are limited to 40 members, by choice. It increases individual cuts and makes us more
capable to become a proper crew instead of a high number of strangers, this unfortunately means
1 character per human can join. You fully free to have alts but not inside the corporation.
* Discord is absolutely a hard requirement. I have made multiple bots to assist everyone with multiple
admin functions to make involvement easier, and contributions meaningful
* That is it, no skill/asset checks, just dedication and wanting to have fun but build something
meaningful too.
